A major co-brand program (16M+ members) has tasked CardGenY to deliver new collaborative loyalty across their member base...the merging of fintech features, offers, bookable travel, issuance, wallet, geo location, real-time earn & redemption CLO at POS.
A group of complimentary merchants (e.g. snow and surf) could readily link across the marketplace and quickly form a vertical sector collaborative loyalty program and cross promote into each others channels.
Marketplace contracts can also be between loyalty programs and thus enable their members to then exchange points between programs.
This is a major opportunity including groups such as airline alliances.
Initially, Ingenico will offer our Loyalty in a Box solution (merchants quickly launch new loyalty programs aka Starbucks) as a value-added service. Additional campaign, analytics and offers solutions could be packaged and also offered by Acquirers.
Our Azure Cloud Storage is massively scalable and stores all transaction and loyalty data. For program owner´s data we can drive real-time relevancy to their members and on a large scale offer anonymized data to Acquirers & Merchants for comparative reporting.

Now merchants can directly target members in a linked loyalty program which will optimise their marketing spend with fully engaged members.
